All terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

Orders

We willl acknowledge your order by e-mail advising you whether we accept or reject your order. You have a legal right of 7 days to cancel any order, therefore we allow 10 days from date of postage.

Despatch

We will despatch any order we hold in stock within 3 to 5 working days. If an order needs fulfilling from the manufacturers this may take up to 28 days. In the unlikely event this will take more than 28 days we will advise you by email.

Senior Clothing

Due to the large number of colours, prints, checks and limited manufacture, as well as a few manufacturers making similar items, should your choice not be available we reserve the right to send the nearest alternative. If you are not completely satisfied with our selection return the goods in the time frame listed below for a full refund.

Returns

If you return goods after 10 days we are willing to accept them back but there will be a handling charge of 20%. If goods are not in stock we willl advise you that we are making a special order on your behalf, in this case your legal entitlement starts from the time you place the order (7 DAYS). Again you may return the goods but after 10 days a 30% handling charge will apply.

In all cases goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging (if applicable).and at your expense. We will not accept any goods back after 28 days. In the case of goods being exchanged for a different size or colour, providing we have supplied the order as specified, the cost of the postage is at your own expense.

The above does not affect your statuatory rights.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards which is processed by our payment service provider "WorldPay". This is a secure connection. Details of their security procedures can be found on their website.

All quoted prices are in pounds sterling including VAT at 17.5%
